Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

For larger orders or regular monthly orders a discount will be given once your requirements and quantities are confirmed.

How quickly can the order be processed?

It really depends on the job, but usually I aim for a ten day turn around. If a job requires origination from scratch then it could take a little longer for proofs to be done and content to be confirmed, etc.

Will the order be posted or delivered?

I do try and deliver work myself, so I can meet new customers and forge a working relationship face to face with them from the start. But this will depend on where the customer is based.

How and when do I pay for my order?

Once your requirements have been discussed and a price fixed, I will send a written quote confirming all details. After that is received and confirmed a 20% deposit will be required to secure all work. The balance will be paid on completion of the job and delivery. Cheques made payable to 'Andy Print'.

Do I need to design my own work?

You don't have to because I do employ a graphic artist who will be able to put your ideas and thoughts onto paper. This in included in the price. If your work only needs a little tweaking and not very much time to prepare it for printing then a price discount will reflect this.

Can I see samples of work before I order?

That can be arranged. If a customer nearby i.e. in the North East of England, then I can come and visit to show my portfolio of work and discuss your needs. Otherwise I can post a few samples of work I think would be relevant to you.
